As we begin the process toward certifying your Media Business’ civility practices, we want to take a look at how your company interacts with your customers, employees, and partners. In addition to basic business contact information and public profiles on social media, we’ll review external sources such as Yelp, Glassdoor, and other sites to evaluate positive and negative reviews for relevant comments.
We will also take a look at the HR policies and practices you provide, and conduct brief surveys with a couple of your partners, vendors or suppliers. If, throughout this review process, we discover any red flags or areas for concern, we will let you know and discuss any opportunities to resolve them so that we can proceed with approving your application for certified civility.
Note: this is a $400.00 non-refundable application fee. If approved you will be asked to authorize an additional membership subscription of $300.00 every 24 months.
The Media Business Certification applies to all businesses in the Media industry and should be filled out either by the business owner or a key decision maker. We certify the three main relationship aspects with people that businesses have: their customers, their employees, and their suppliers.
